Friday, December 29th, 2023 

6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Registration - Chippers Downtown/Buffalo Hall 285 6th Street

Saturday, December 30th, 2023 - Race Day 

8:00 a.m. Competitor breakfast available near horse stall area

9:15 a.m. Mandatory competitor meeting in front of the announcer stand on the track & course inspection 

9:45 a.m. Saturday - Opening Ceremony 

10:00 a.m. Races Start 

**Beer Garden/Brewfest at Meeker Skijor Event

**Lion’s Club concessions open (Red Grandstands)

5:30 p.m. Doors open at the fairgrounds (4-H Building)

6:00 p.m. Saturday prize money & awards will be awarded prior to the Calcutta 

**The Calcutta will immediately follow

**Sport/Open Teams Sold 

**Food trucks available

**Lion’s Club bar open 

7:00 p.m. Calcutta Starts 

9:00 p.m.- Midnight Dance & Live Music - Headliner - TROUBLEDSOME

(4-H Building)

**Beverages sold at the Dance-Provided by Meeker Lion’s Club**
